KidsFirst

For over twenty six years KidsFirst has been dedicated to educating, advocating, and changing lives of children and families in the community. KidsFirst is the Child Abused Prevention Council of Placer County providing child and family support services to thousands of families annually.

Its mission is to end child abuse and neglect and its vision is that every child live in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. KidsFirst offers a full spectrum of no-cost services to help children and families navigate and overcome complex issues that lead to or result from child abuse and neglect. It strives to ensure families build a lasting network of wellness and support such as counseling, parent education, youth leadership activities, and information and referral to assist with basic needs.
