Restore the Delta is a grassroots campaign committed to making the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta fishable, swimmable, drinkable, and farmable to benefit all of California. Restore the Delta–a coalition of Delta residents, business leaders, civic organizations, community groups, faith-based communities, union locals, farmers, fishermen, and environmentalists–seeks to strengthen the health of the estuary and the well-being of Delta communities. Restore the Delta works to improve water quality so that fisheries and farming can thrive together again in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.

Restore the Delta works in the areas of public education and outreach so that all Californians recognize this region as part of California’s natural heritage, deserving of restoration. Restore the Delta advocates on behalf of local Delta stakeholders with government water agencies to ensure that water management decisions will protect and benefit local Delta communities. Local Delta residents are encouraged to undertake actions to ensure the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta’s sustainability.

  1. I am an architect in Los Angeles and a visitor with my family to the Delta (B&W Resort near Isleton) for over 50 years. I adamantly oppose the tunnels and speak out against the project at water meetings in Los angels. I have been a commissioner on the Burbank Sustainable Commission for 8 years and voice my opinion to Burbank Water and Power, also.

Please forward me information on the alternative
