Sacramento International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival
Founded by Allen Cole, the Sacramento International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (SIGLFF) began in 1992, based on the student-run gay and lesbian film festival at Fresno State. Organizers joined forces with the students from the Sacramento State University Gay and Lesbian Alliance and the brothers of the Delta Lambda Phi Fraternity and received grant funds from CSUS Associated Students Inc. to use as seed money and get the Festival started.

Synopsis
In a post-apocalyptic surreal world, one man, with a suitcase handcuffed, is inevitably hooked up to the ship of a group of eccentric people (the 'outcasts'). Together they embark on a hallucinatory voyage on the sands of the desert. No one on the ship understands the other's language, and they have no choice but to communicate and understand each other only through their body gestures and expression of their feelings.
