Sacramento READS! Literacy by Third Grade Campaign is a ten year initiative to ensure all children in Sacramento can read at grade level by the end of third grade. Sacramento READS! targets children age 0-8 to improve literacy by focusing on school readiness, school attendance, and summer learning loss.
