SacVolunteers

SacVolunteers, the City of Sacramento's Volunteer Program connects volunteers with opportunities to serve in the many programs and departments of the City.

The program offers short-term opportunities such as helping with adopt-a-park days as well as on-going placements at many departments and programs. Those interested in becoming a volunteer can participate in community service projects such as making cat beds for the shelter or collecting warm hats for the needy are offered as well. Volunteer opportunities are available for youth, teens, adults, seniors and groups.
