They’ll be curating a fusion styled menu featuring some amazing Asian-inspired foods. Enjoy hip hop and R’n’B music throughout the evening from special guests Jaynatz and Instant Vintage as Good Company. Menu:
-Ahi tuna in fried garlic and shallot chili oil with Persian cucumbers and wakame seaweed on wonton crisps
-Japanese curry with rutabaga and rainbow carrot with rib tips seasoned calrose rice.
-Togarashi Tri Tip with Yuzu Miso drizzle served in Napa cabbage
-Dango: a grilled glutinous rice treat (similar to mochi) in sweet soy glaze paired with a black sesame cookie ball
