Join Shankari as you learn about key ingredients and techniques to help you create delicious Thai appetizers. You will make Tom Kha Gai soup that has classic spicy, sweet, and sour flavors, finishing off with a savory umami flavor and creamy texture. Shankari will then walk you through the steps to making perfect cooling spring rolls and a homemade Thai peanut sauce. This is an opportunity to cook with the chef in a small class of 10 students.
