Kids and Teens in the Kitchen: Tamale Party

Cooking is a skill that can be developed over a lifetime. Young people Ages 10-15 get a head start in this fun, hands-on classes. The class will use high quality ingredients while learning essential cooking skills and techniques along the way. Students will enjoy the food they have made together at the end of class.

Attendees will make homemade green chili-cheese tamales, pico de gallo, and fresh guacamole in preparation for Cinco de Mayo!

This is a hands-on cooking class with a vegetarian menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Note: Please register for children only. Parents are expected to drop children off and pick them up at the end of class.
