Preserving the Harvest: Tomatoes!

Summer tomatoes will be soon gone, so don’t miss the opportunity to create your stash for fall/winter soups. Water bath canning is an excellent way to preserve your garden’s harvest and/or farmer’s market tomato bounty. Join for an afternoon of hands-on learning and great conversation as you preserve some amazing varieties to use beyond summer.
