This time of year, tomatoes are in abundance. Learn delicious ways to showcase this star of the summer in a variety of recipes that use locally grown tomatoes. Mayumi shares how to make a savory tomato and mozzarella puff pastry tart; classic Spanish gazpacho; penne with vodka pancetta tomato sauce, and pulled pork tacos with pico de gallo.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those Ages 21+.
