River City Rowing Club

Founded in 1983, the River City Rowing Club (RCRC) is a grassroots club created and maintained by the volunteer efforts of its members. The RCRC has a competitive juniors program, with several rowers and crews earning medals at the national level and earning collegiate athletic scholarships.

The RCRC also supports novice master’s teams and intermediate and advanced master’s teams. The group shares its excellent water with the UC Davis Crew and are fortunate to support athletes from across the Sacramento region.
