11th Annual African American Family History Seminar

This is a genealogy workshop that focuses on teaching African Americans how to research their family roots. The keynote speaker will be Kenyatta Berry, host of the popular PBS series Genealogy Roadshow.

There will also be exhibits featuring Buffalo Soldiers, African American cowboys, work from the African American Genealogy Society of Northern California (AAGSNC), early African American pioneers of Nevada County, book display, photo display, and much more.
