Medical History Lecture Series: Chinese Tea

Tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world (after water), and it is favored by three billion people on a daily basis. This lecture will offer a general picture of tea and tea culture in China, including history, social and physical functions in ancient tradition, and modern practice. You will also have a tangible experience of tasting three different kinds of premium Chinese tea.
