Supporting the Breath: A Yin Yoga Workshop
In this workshop we will delve into the anatomy of breath, including the physical effects of this life force energy on the nervous system and impact that it has on vitality. With the intention of mindful breathing we will enter a deep Yin yoga practice by choosing shapes that support the desired effects of calm and ease and offer your body an alternative to the pattern of stress.
