YOU! The Musical (July)

YOU! The Musical is a completely improvised musical comedy show inspired by audience suggestions. It is like a Broadway musical but starring comedians not actors, and it’s improvised not rehearsed, and there are no props or costumes.

Okay, so it’s nothing like a Broadway musical but there are scenes and songs and dancing. Audience members submit sentences prior to each show that are used to create scenes and songs. The cast includes veteran Comedy Spot performers Michelle Daubner, Brian Crall, Chris Emery, and Jesse Jones as well as newcomers Julie Leopold, Eric Barger, and Molly Doan. Accompanying the group is multi-instrumentalist Lincoln Bartlett, the one-man pit orchestra.
